Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

To ensure that warranty conditions remain valid, we kindly recommend that you inspect your parcel carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the package or the product, please request an official damage report from the courier and refrain from accepting the shipment.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized alterations, deformation, or any modification affecting the product’s original condition or design.

Return & Exchange Conditions

If the product purchased from our website is found to be defective upon delivery, you must contact us through our online support channel within 7 days of the delivery date.

Following your notification, the defective product should be returned to us via the designated courier service. Once the returned item has been reviewed and the defect has been confirmed, it will be replaced with a new product.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in cases where the issue results from customer use, misuse, or where the product has been used after delivery.

All return and exchange procedures are carried out in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
