Orders are dispatched to the courier within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) following payment confirmation by the bank.

Delivery times may vary depending on the distance between the delivery address and John Martine Fragrances. Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered by the courier company within 1 to 3 business days.

For specially produced items, delivery times may vary depending on the production process. Detailed delivery information and estimated timelines for such products are provided on the relevant product pages.

In the event of any issue or delay caused by us, you will be notified using the contact details provided in your membership information. For this reason, it is important that all membership information is complete and accurate.

Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

All products selected on our website are delivered through our contracted courier partners under the assurance of John Martine Fragrances.

Once your order has been completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If any product you have selected is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail and notified of the expected restocking date.

John Martine Fragrances is an online shopping platform that allows multiple customers to place orders at the same time. In rare cases, a product may become unavailable due to simultaneous purchases.

If a product purchased online is found to be out of stock after payment has been completed, the delivery period may range from a minimum of 4 (four) days to a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the payment made by the customer will be refunded in full.
